Preparation and Shipping:
We prepare and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Special care is taken in documenting and photographing each product before packaging to ensure transparency and safety.

1. La Poste - Green Letter with Tracking (Home Delivery):
- Delivery time: 3 working days
- Costs :
- 2.5€ for orders from 0€ to 9.99€
- 2€ for orders from 10€ to 14.99€
- 1.5€ for orders from 15€ to 19.99€
- 1€ for orders from 20€ to 24.99€
2. Mondial Relay (Delivery to Relay Point):
- Delivery time: 3 working days
- Costs :
- 2.5€ for orders up to 24.99€
- Free for orders of 25€ and more
3. La Poste - Colissimo (Home delivery):
- Delivery time: 2 working days
- Cost :
- 3€ regardless of the order amount
Delivery Tracking and Security:
Each shipment is accompanied by a tracking number, communicated as soon as the package is shipped. We recommend that our customers document the opening of their packages, especially if damage is visible on the external packaging, to facilitate the processing of any claims.
Delivery Incident Management:
If you receive a damaged package or the contents do not match the order, please contact our customer service immediately. We will use photographic evidence of the original condition of the product to evaluate the claim and resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or another satisfactory arrangement.
